In the 2025 J.D. Power U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study, Ford and Lincoln made impressive strides, showcasing their commitment to improving vehicle quality and customer satisfaction. Lincoln moved up six spots to 19th place, while Ford surged ahead by 10 positions, landing at 13th overall. We believe these actions will result in better long-term ownership experiences for our customers, like we saw in this year’s Vehicle Dependability Study.”
