The selling experience is great. However, the workshop experience is not pleasant. You have to chase service advisors and make repeat visits to get something fixed. Despite repeated visits, the problem persists. Wish they resolve matters in a single visit

I bought my 2024 Nautilus in July of '24. It was the most frustrating car buy I ever had. I am not a technical wizard. The salesman I had was not either. I honestly cannot think of a single positive thing about my experience with this dealership other than the fact that they happened to have the car I wanted. Everything else has been a complete mess from start to finish. When I purchased my vehicle, I was told to leave for about an hour while they “detailed” the car. My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas from Haldeman Ford on Lehigh St, and we had an awesome experience working with Adam.
From the very beginning, Adam was great, super personable, helpful, and never made us feel pressured at any point during the process. We originally put down a $4,000 cash deposit and he was able to hold the vehicle for us for about two weeks until we were ready to come back and pay the rest off. Adam was excellent! He went way out of his way, even tracked down the exact build that I wanted (which was pretty specific) and had it delivered. The work that was done appears to be done correctly. I am still waiting on a part to fix my turn signal issue. The only reason for 3 stars. Sometimes issues do not present a code with in the electronics. Sometimes, this is just me we have to look at things the old school way. Try and actually trouble shoot a problem. Instead of relying on electronics. That’s called doing your job.
