As always, service department is superior! When a sudden light (tire pressure) pops up- they are able to take care of the problem without any appointment. I know they have a tight schedule! Appreciate their effort and care.

Service center charged full price for unneeded PA emissions testing. Cars driven less than 5000 in the year do not require emissions testing. Most places do not charge for doing an emissions test that was not performed. Yet Haldeman does. Mike, the service person I spoke with was rude and dismissive when questioned. And a follow-up with Pat Kahler was no different, saying it costs them to connect to Harrisburg. My experience had hold him in Ford was five star from beginning to end. On the day I wanted to come up to look at the pick up truck. Adam didn’t start till noon, but that was too late for me so he came in at 9 o’clock to meet my schedule. Everything was there ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Sal had any information needed immediately. Everything was smooth and comfortable. Hold them and forward it a great place to do business with!

I’m very satisfied with my last visit to Haldeman Ford for service. They performed a PA state inspection and an oil change. Everything was done quickly and thoroughly. I needed a ride to and from home and the shuttle service was pleasant and quick. The only issue I had was they could have done a little better with the after service vehicle wash.
Purchased a used vehicle in July of 2026. Dealt directly with my salesman Kevin Grablick, even on his days off. He worked with me throughout the process, and kept me informed from our first visit, to our last. He wasn’t pushy, provided me space and was pleasant. I will be purchasing future vehicles from this lot because of him.

Carlos arrived on time w/a smile, ready to tackle the task. The 1/2 hour job turned into 2 1/2 hours which was only okay since I had cancelled an appointment for which I would’ve needed my car. He worked diligently and competently to do the recall work and, finally, got it done!

The selling experience is great. However, the workshop experience is not pleasant. You have to chase service advisors and make repeat visits to get something fixed. Despite repeated visits, the problem persists. Wish they resolve matters in a single visit

Great service department. Terrible car wash service water spots all over the glass and painted surfaces. Advisors should ask if you want your car washed.

I bought my 2024 Nautilus in July of '24. It was the most frustrating car buy I ever had. I am not a technical wizard. The salesman I had was not either.
