First Bronco Raptor Off-Roadeo School Teaches Off-Roading Skills

Ford Bronco lovers across the country are incredibly dedicated to their vehicles and to the thrills of off-roading and exploring, and this passion is something that Ford seeks to support and foster. Now, with the first ever Bronco Raptor Off-Rodeo School, Bronco Raptor owners can learn high and low speed off-roading skills from the professionals.

This authentic and immersive high-performance experience will be beginning this summer, located outside of Las Vegas to give Bronco Raptor owners an Ultra4 Racing-inspired adventure, featuring desert-dunes and Baja rock-crawling. A full day of this professional off-road instruction is now included with the purchase of a 2022 or 2023 Bronco Raptor. The exclusive basecamp facility is located at Mt. Potosi, home of Bronco Off-Roadeo Nevada and just minutes from the Las Vegas strip.

“Bronco Raptor customers want to experience their SUVs in the Ultra4-inspired habitat it was developed for,” said Mark Rushbrook, global director, Ford Performance Motorsports. “Just like the King of the Hammers race, our Bronco Off-Roadeo Raptor Experience for our customers combines all of the thrilling and unforgiving terrain and conditions of the Mojave Desert with professional off-road instructors and school-provided Bronco Raptors for a Built Wild® experience.”

The Bronco Off-Roadeo Raptor Experience was designed by the Bronco brand and Ford Performance teams, with help from Baja and King of the Hammers champions and world-class off-roader drivers, including Vaughn Gittin Jr., Loren Healy and Brad Lovell, as well as industry-leading off-road experts like Bob Burns, who helped curate the trails and training scenarios.

We’re teaching owners the skills needed to experience every bit of capability from their Bronco Raptor so they can gain confidence and responsible mastery in the outdoors.”

Over 31,000 Bronco owners and guests have attended or registered to attend the Bronco Off-Roadeo so far, at the event’s four different locations in Texas, Nevada, Utah and New Hampshire. The Raptor Off-Roadeo experience is designed specifically for the Bronco Raptor, building off the base of the initial Off-Roadeo experience offered to 2023 Bronco Sport owners and order holders. The updated course includes technical trails and challenges meant to build skills, while practicing Tread Lightly! principles to encourage responsible exploration. Drivers can build their familiarity and confidence regardless of their experience level, and learn how to get the most out of their Ford Performance SUV.
